Other than become your best wedding buddy lets break it down a bit… We liaise with vendors on your behalf in the lead up which gives you more time to zone in on you. On the day we oversee the setup of your ceremony and reception spaces ensuring all details are just as they should be. We make sure your day runs to the time line we have discussed and prepared together, and if there happens to be any hiccups we deal with these (and most of the time you wont even know until I tell you the funny story the ext day). On the Day Styling + Event Co-Ordination from $3250
– 1 hr consultation
– month out confirmation with all suppliers
– onsite visit with B+G
– event run sheet + floor plan- event bump-in (2 staff)
– on the day styling (Setting of ceremony space. Setting of tables with linens, cutlery, crockery, stationery etc. Moving of items between ceremony and reception.)
– on the day event co-ordination until 8pm
– travel included within a 25km radius of Enhance HQ (additional charge outside this area)
– 8 hours administration
Event Co-Ordination Package starting from $3500
– 1hr consultation
– collate current quotations
– liaise with suppliers to source quotes + confirm bookings
– month out confirmation with all suppliers
– onsite visit with B+G (or on behalf of)
– event run sheet +floor plan
– event bump-in (1 staff)
– on the day event co-ordination (until cutting of the cake)
– event bump-out and clean up (1 staff 3hrs, additional hours charged p/hr after) – oversee return of goods to suppliers
