Event Styling Package starting from $1950

– 1 hr consultation
– concept consultation + styling board
– design of ceremony and reception spaces
– recommendation of suppliers matched to concept
– month out confirmation with all suppliers
– onsite visit with B+G (or on behalf of)
– event bump-in (1 staff), (if additional staff required for bump-in timeframe hourly charges apply)
– oversee return of goods to suppliers
– travel included within a 50km radius of Enhance HQ (additional charge outside this area)
– unlimited emails + phone calls

Event Co-Ordination Package starting from $2450

– 1hr consultation
– collate current quotations
– liaise with suppliers to source quotes + confirm bookings
– month out confirmation with all suppliers
– onsite visit with B+G (or on behalf of)
– event run sheet +floor plan
– event bump-in (1 staff)
– on the day event co-ordination (until cutting of the cake)
– event bump-out and clean up (1 staff 3hrs, additional hours charged p/hr after) – oversee return of goods to suppliers
– travel included within a 50km radius of Enhance HQ (additional charge outside this area)
– unlimited emails + phone calls

The Full Planning Package starting from $4250

– venue suggestions + inspections
– concept consultation + styling board
– design of ceremony and reception spaces
– collate current quotations
– liaise with suppliers to source required quotes + confirm bookings
– budget consultation
– month out confirmation with all suppliers
– onsite visit with B+G (or on behalf of)
– event run sheet + floor plan
– Attend ceremony rehearsal (as required)
– event bump-in (2 staff)
– on the day event co-ordination
– event bump-out and clean up – 2 staff (removal of rubbish additional charge) – oversee return of goods to suppliers
– travel included within a 50km radius of Enhance HQ (additional charge outside this area)
– unlimited emails + phone calls
